Our People team in Tallinn is hiring for People Operations Assistant! We are looking for a HR enthusiast who makes sure that all the HR operational processes are running smoothly, who by nature connects well with people, wants to help them, and make their day amazing. At the same time is punctual, systematic, and detail orientated, who loves to work with different HRIS systems and documents. We appreciate you being open to changes in fast-paced environment and bringing new ideas and ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes such as onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and job changes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Wellbeing Initiatives: Drive programs that promote employee wellbeing and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Company Benefits, Culture, and Values: Communicate and uphold our company benefits, culture, and values.
  • First Point of Contact: Address employee inquiries submitted through our ticketing system, resolving issues effectively or escalating when necessary.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • People Team Projects: Participate in various people team projects.
  • HR Document Administration: Manage the administration of HR documents with precision and care.

Required Skills

  • Relevant education and/or previous experience in HR
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Friendly and supportive, ensuring our teams feel valued
  • Eager to take initiative for an awesome employee experience
  • Open and flexible to changes, viewing them as opportunities for learning and growth
  • Comfortable with technology and keen to learn new tools.
  • Good knowledge of Estonian labor law
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Estonian
  • Preferably experienced with HRIS systems, such as Workday
