Position summary:
As an Insights Analyst, you'll contribute to data analysis and insights generation, utilizing modern BI tools, while also demonstrating basic knowledge of data preparation and querying methods. Your role involves understanding customer needs within the organization, adhering to customer experience best practices, and participating in innovation and continuous improvement efforts. You'll also leverage digital tools for collaboration, apply a data-driven framework to problem-solving, and uphold data quality and privacy standards.
Reporting & Data Analysis:

Demonstrates an understanding of data analysis and insights generation

Proficiency in utilizing modern business intelligence (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)

Basic knowledge of data preparation and querying methods

Knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions (Report writer & designer), or other HCM or ERP system
Customer Delivery & Centricity:

Has basic understanding of the business and functions within the organization and their needs

Who you are:

We are seeking an individual with a BS degree in a quantitative discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
