The People Experience Executive will support the Head of HR in performance management, learning & development, HR business partnering, and people analytics to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support performance review processes and employee feedback cycles.
- Assist in performance recognition and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in need analysis and organizing learning & development activities.
- Assist in organizing town halls, connect hours with leadership, one-on-one HRBP sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to generate reports and insights.
- Support other team members in talent acquisition and health insurance matters, as and when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in IT or professional services.
- Basic knowledge of performance management, L&D, and HR analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Provident Fund (5% of the basic salary will be deducted after the probation period, with employer contribution entitlements beginning after one year of service)
