About a Job

The People Development & Culture Coordinator will report to the Global Manager - DEI and Leadership Development to support the administration, development, and deployment of programs and projects in the People Development & Culture department. This position is a good fit for an early career individual, with future growth and developmental opportunities. 

What You Will Do: 

  • PD&C Program Support 
  • Support the Global Program Manager of Learning, Training, & Instructional Design and the Global Program Manager of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging), Professional Development, & Coaching with the administration and deployment of global programs. 
  • Process program applications and coordinate participant selection process. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of program applications and administrative records. 
  • Schedule (virtual, in-person, hybrid) program sessions, manage attendance records, and coordinate remedial work. 
  • Launch program surveys/assessments and manage the collected data. 
  • Establish standard work procedures as new PD&C programs are piloted and launched. 
  • Monitor the PD&C email account, respond to program inquiries, and redirect messages to the appropriate PD&C team members.  
  • PD&C Resource Library 
  • Curate and maintain the PD&C Resource Library from existing materials and resources. 
  • Compile, organize, brand, and maintain new materials and resources for the PD&C Resource Library as additional content is created by the PD&C Team. 
  • Provide resources from PD&C Resource Library for other business units upon request. 
  • Coordinate the translation of PD&C Resource Library content to other languages. 
  • Coordinate translation process with external vendors. 
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to review translated materials. 
  • Organize and maintain translated content in the PD&C Resource Library. 
  • Create promotional materials for PD&C programming and distribute them as needed.  
  • PD&C Material Translation 
  • Coordinate efforts to translate PD&C content and materials to other languages. 
  • Coordinate translation process with external vendors. 
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to review translated materials for quality control and internal consistency. 
  • Organize and maintain translated content in the PD&C Resource Library. 
  • Global HR Support 
  • Serves as a point-of-contact between the PD&C and Internal Communications teams to support communication and dissemination of information regarding People Development & Culture initiatives. 
  • Serves as a point-of-contact for regional HR teams regarding ongoing People Development & Culture programs. 
  • Documents and tracks project requests from regional HR teams, business units, and other internal clients. 

What You Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in field of study related to Business, Education, or Psychology 
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience 
  • Experienced with using full Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects/programs 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects within established timelines and within budget 
  • Remote position with travel as needed 

Preferred Characteristics 

  • Fluency in Chinese or Spanish 
  • Project Management certification 
  • Experience with Workday HRIS 
  • Experience with organizational learning and development 

This position offers a remote work model.

Our good faith estimates of the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
