As our new People Data & Insight Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our People Data & Analytics team, using your skills to unlock insights that shape decision-making across Reach. This is a newly created role, so you’ll have the opportunity to make it your own, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive impactful change.
You’ll be deep-diving into people data, crafting engaging Tableau dashboards, and delivering insightful analysis on key HR metrics like recruitment, retention, and absence trends. Your work will help leaders make smarter decisions, and you’ll play a big part in shaping how we use data across the business.
You’ll be working with HR and different departments to identify data needs and create innovative solutions. Whether it's building dynamic dashboards, analysing HR trends, or presenting key insights, you’ll have a direct impact on how we use people data to shape our organisation.
