As People Business Partner you are a trusted Business Partner to leaders all over the at the terminal, working to achieve substantial business results through elevated People and leadership capabilities and ways of working. People Business Partner is partnering with Head of Operations and its management team and leaders, on the entire palette of People deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and strengthen the people agenda within the Operational Management Team, working closely within the: a) The Head of Operations and all leaders within the Operations organization b) All other managers across the terminal

Share local ownership of sub-processes within the core Hire-to-Retire process.

Foster strong collaboration within the local People Function team, ensuring effective teamwork and collective success.

Serve as a trusted and inspiring coaching partner to leaders, driving and supporting the OPS strategic agenda to achieve business results.

Translate business strategies into people strategies and action plans, identifying and addressing capability gaps, optimizing organizational structures for performance, and adapting global strategies into local initiatives to enhance engagement.

Lead and support cultural transformation, change management, and talent management in partnership with OPS and the People Team, ensuring organizational effectiveness, long-term talent strategy, and a strong succession pipeline while fostering a high-performance culture.

Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders, diagnosing people and business challenges, and guiding discussions on development, organizational structure, and design.

Contribute to global initiatives and projects, embedding the people agenda into strategic decision-making.

Advocate for employees and champion an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
We Are Looking For:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or Project Management.

Solid experience in human resources management or a related field, with a strong focus on organizational design, workforce planning, employment law, employee relations, culture, leadership, competence development, and change management.

In-depth understanding of local labor and employment laws and practices.

Proven management skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to frontline management.

A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and drives results.

Sound decision-making abilities with an understanding of company-wide impact, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.

Proactive, results-driven, and capable of inspiring and motivating others.

Fluency in Danish and English.
