This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to make a meaningful impact on the people at BCB Group. Using your expertise as a generalist People professional, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance our culture and ensure BCB remains a great place to work.
- Working closely with the Head of People, you’ll embed our People Strategy across the organisation, taking into consideration best practice across the industry whilst also keeping in mind what works for us as an organisation. We value originality and creative thinking over cookie-cutter approaches, so we’re seeking someone who brings energy and innovative ideas to the table.
- As the main point of contact for employee queries, you’ll handle issues thoughtfully and professionally, alongside your People Team colleagues, ensuring they’re addressed and escalated appropriately.
- You will stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring our policies and processes are not only compliant but also support the long-term success of the organisation. You’ll bring a forward-thinking approach to this, looking beyond compliance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- With autonomy to redesign processes, you’ll enhance areas like performance reviews and manager support in remote environments, delivering impactful results.
- Collaborating with managers, you’ll advise on the best team structures and hiring practices, helping them focus on what drives success rather than simply following current processes.
- You will be comfortable tackling new challenges, and be willing to deviate from the job description when needed, and committed to driving BCB’s success.
- Alongside operational responsibilities of the People Team such as Payroll & Benefits Management, you’ll streamline workflows and introduce efficiencies to improve day-to-day processes, introducing automation where possible.
If you’re a solution-focused, collaborative professional who thrives in a scaling, innovative environment, this role offers the chance to make a real difference where your contributions will directly shape our success.
