As the HR Business Partner and Shared Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape across the organisation. This is a dynamic position where you will:

Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of core HR KPIs and SLAs.

Partner with stakeholders to design and implement strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change projects.

Champion continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance service delivery and decision-making.

Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, employment law, and best practices.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence and shape the people agenda.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shared Services team, ensuring accurate, efficient, and customer-focused HR service delivery.

Analyse HR metrics and insights to inform strategies that support business priorities.

Lead projects to streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Act as an escalation point for sensitive or complex HR issues, providing solutions that align with organisational values and goals.
