WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Payroll
  • Coordinate with the payroll vendor and Finance team for all things related to payroll, bonus and year-end tax adjustment including online banking.
  • Coordinate with Finance team and the payroll vendor for tax related statutory form Submission.
  • Work with a social insurance consultant to deal with annual social insurance submissions and changes to social insurance related to employee life events.
  • Manage Time attendance system (Ieyasu).

  • Starters and Leavers
  • Preparation of statutory and internal documentation.
  • Gather required documents from new joiners/leavers.
  • Support onboarding process and resignation process.
  • Manage global HR database (Workday)

  • Employee Engagement and People Investment
  • Support internal communication and initiatives to cultivate and nurture Farfetch culture

  • Recruiting
  • Prepare JD with hiring managers, job post, search vendors and source candidates and arrange interviews.

  • Performance Review
  • Preparation of contracts due to changes and coordinate with employees
  • Support business teams to facilitate performance review process

  • Others
  • Coordinate 36 agreements prepared and submit to labor office
  • Facilitate internal communication to support all things HR

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of international HR professional experience in fast paced environment
  • You are proficient in both Japanese and English with the ability to fluently and effectively communicate internally and externally.
  • You enjoy collaborating and working alongside multiple stakeholders
  • You thrive in face of ambiguity and a fast-paced and deadline driven working environment, embracing unexpected challenges in a calm manner
  • Experience using Google Suite, JIRA and Workday is a plus
