About the role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Generalist who embodies a passion for excellence and demonstrates unwavering enthusiasm in fostering a positive, service-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage employees at all levels, ensuring the highest standards of service and employee care are consistently upheld. This role requires a collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to nurturing talent, and the ability to cultivate an inclusive and motivating workplace environment.

What you will do

  • Drive employee relations within the property, with a strong focus on continuous culture
  • Support employees with various requests, fostering a positive, professional relationship
  • Support the Talent Acquisition function through interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates
  • Maintain and manage employee data within Workday and ADP system
  • Provide intuitive service, ensure communication and timely follow up with any employee requests or concerns
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while ensuring strict confidentiality of our internal guests

What you bring

  • Entry level Human Resources experience preferred
  • Solid working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
