Job Description
- Administration of the insured (admissions and discharges, salary changes, contribution calculations, purchases, benefits in the event of retirement, death or disability, etc.)
- Processing of advance withdrawals or pledges in the context of home ownership promotion
- Advising the insured (active employees and pensioners)
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of pensions or human resources
- Professional experience in the field of pensions / human resources
- Good Microsoft Office user skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, sociable and highly service-oriented
- Enjoy working independently, accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work under pressure and an interest in new things
