PCAI / MS Senior Financial Analyst
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
HPE GreenLake continues to drive growth for the company with an expanding Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio (Flex Solutions, PCE, PCAI, MS). The PCAI / MS is key to scale this business to the next level.
The role and responsibilities of the PCAI / MS Senior Financial Analyst include:

Be the trusted finance advisor to the PCAI and MS leadership team, helping them make sound financial and strategic decisions.

Provide meaningful performance reporting and analysis to support decision making.

Spot and flag risk and opportunities and help drive corrective actions.

Coordinate weekly PCAI and MS pipeline and orders outlook update with business leadership.

Develop analytics to support the ramp-up of PCAI, in collaboration with business and SS&P.

Lead the PCAI and MS long-term planning (LTP) process.

Participate actively in running a robust and timely PCAI / MS finance cadence (flash, OPRs, KPIs).

Partner with geos SS&P and finance to understand geos business trends.

Help prepare business reviews (OPRs, SORs, BU reviews).

Participate in PCAI and MS business and/or finance projects.
How you will make your mark:

Master degree in the areas of business administration, finance or related fields.
-
10+ years experience in business finance, with some experience in services/cloud or channel.

Excellent communication skills, tailored to various audiences.

Great analytical and modelling skills (trends, drivers and root causes)
-
Strong problem solving skills (issue definition, options assessment)
-
Ability to think out of the box and propose new ideas.

Proficiency in using systems and extract/slice/organize data.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships across functions.

Good team player, including working across geographies.

Some project management skills will be a plus.

English level advanced.

Power BI experience is a plus.
