About this Position
The PC Services Intern will assist the IT support team with end-user computing, device management, and service desk operations. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, asset management, and IT support processes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Provide first-level support for end-user hardware and software issues.
- Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Document and track IT support requests in the ticketing system.
- Support asset inventory management and hardware lifecycle processes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and printer connectivity issues.
- Help develop user guides and IT support documentation.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and provide customer-focused IT support.
