The Role:
PureSpectrum is seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a People + Culture Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the P+C team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping drive engagement and a true PureSpectrum experience. This role will report to the SVP, People + Culture

Hybrid: In-office 3 days a week. During the first 3 months of employment, 4 days a week in the office is required. During events, additional in-office or on-site days can be required.
Role Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Conduct regular audits of benefits billing and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of company, team and onboarding meetings
- Oversee updates and maintenance of employee profiles and HR systems.
Employee Experience and Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, holiday activities, and recognition programs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal communications materials, such as cultural briefs and benefits overviews.
- Facilitate onboarding process experience, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Assist with global volunteer opportunities.
Systems and Data Management
- Administer HR systems and platforms, troubleshoot issues, and manage system access requests.
- Prepare quarterly time-off and headcount reports for leadership review.
- Maintain monthly P+C headcount updates and company stand-up issues, and manage
Compliance and Training
- Ensure annual global regulatory surveys are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage registrations for external events, such as career fairs and training sessions.
- Manage online training portals for the global team.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Up to 3 years Human Resources experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive energy and excellent time management skills
- Solid ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a global team.
- Ability to work independently and work within a team environment
