1. Deliver timely, trusted reporting and insightful analysis that meets the requirements of technical accounting standards
- Produce timely and trusted financial and management performance results
- Produce period analysis including actuals versus forecast to deliver accurate insights for decision-making and drive business performance
- Continuously review process design and implement enhanced data and technology solutions to achieve a faster working day timetable
2. Embed pragmatic governance and control frameworks in the reporting process
- Uphold robust and risk-based governance frameworks to ensure effective oversight and control throughout financial processes
- Regularly review the governance structure to identify opportunities for optimisation and streamlining
3. Business Planning
- Support financial planning and forecast for key operating performance levers, e.g. ACE, expense, commission, tax and etc
