Project Management and execution within approved scope, schedule, resources and cost.
Role Responsibilities:
•Deliver assigned projects and enhancements in accordance to company’s needs.
•Coordinate Go-Live Readiness Assessment and manage cutover activities
•Manage the projects in accordance to PCA project management policy
•Ensure projects are manage in accordance to local regulations
•Liaise with internal clients and vendors in support of initiated projects
•Develop communication plan and manage project stakeholders
•Prepare and submit status reports to relevant key stakeholders
•Participate in process improvement on productivity, operational efficiencies and cost saving
•Develop and manage realistic and comprehensive project plan to ensure efficient use of resources and effective use of budget
•Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
•Lead PMO quality improvement initiatives and implementation
•Participate in Prioritization discussion at company level
•Lead the team in the absence of PMO Head
Role Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Business or any related discipline At least 7 year(s) of working experience as a Project Manager in the Insurance/Financial Industry is required for this position
• Strong hands-on experience in managing teams and project delivery
• Experience managing medium-to-large size projects
• Good understanding of the financial and/or insurance industry and knowledgeable in insurance systems and operational processes is an advantage
• PMP/ Prince 2 certified preferred
• Dedicated team player with good leadership skills
• Possess strong client management experience, communication and people development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral & written
