Main role in general ledger management, included upload daily file to accounting system, creating month end closing journals, maintaining COA, prepare monthly reconciliation and adhoc request.
Closing (monthly)
• Ipad inventory report
• Fixed asset JV & run depreciation (PPE note & dep check working)
• Prepare PPE note and depreciation report
• Post month end journals
• Prepare monthly reconciliation
BAU (daily)
• Upload CPIN file (email received from SCB)
• Monitor WIP entries posted by expense team through Coupa system and capitalized as and when it has gone live and make any reclass or adjustments for incorrect GL code
• Create AP into SunGL requested by expense team
• Assist in troubleshooting Sun System related issue facing by users
• Housekeep ILS file in SP
Adhoc (as and when)
• Provide supporting for Auditors as required
• Liaise with Tax Team regarding tax queries
• Housekeep dividend vouchers provided by EIB
• Liaise with POM (Abqari) regarding renovation invoices received for any uncertain information
