Opportunity Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to focus on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts. You will foster strong client relationships, ensure successful renewals, and identify growth opportunities to increase account value.
What You’ll Do

Manage Renewals: Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn.

Drive Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.

Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.

Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies.

Reporting: Track account health and provide regular performance updates.
What You Have
• 2+ years’ experience in sales and account management in a B2B SaaS
environment (aviation experience highly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection
• Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Active listening skills
• Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
• Quota carrying inside sales/business development experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Oro (or similar CRM)
