Payroll/HR Administration Specialist

We are looking for a Research and Development Engineer to join our team in Slatina.

Position Description:

• Preparing payroll tasks, calculating and controlling payroll data.

• Correcting Nexon&WD on a daily/weekly basis.

• Keeping touch with the temporary agencies, checking and approving their invoices.

• Providing data for the main HR KPIs, doing onboarding and exit interviews.

• Giving advice for employees in all payroll related matters.

• Taking care and solving out employees' problems.

• Calculating HR controlling tasks regularly as well as on the ad hoc basis

Key Requirements

• good know ledge of Excel, Word

• English knowledge

• Nexon and WD knowledge are advantage
