Payroll Specialist
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and Managing payroll-related activities end to end Independently. (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia Payroll)
- Job experience of a Minimum 2 to 4 years
- In-depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
- Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements
Education and Experience Required:
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2:2 honours degree.
- Should possess strong payroll-related knowledge in one of the countries mentioned
- Experience in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table and most excel formulas) will be an added
Knowledge and Skills:
- Chinese Mandarin Language skill – Speaking, Writing and Reading is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills:
- Good analytical skills.
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint, Power BI etc).
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
