The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, reconciling, and processing payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile payroll with general ledger accounts
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports
- Answer employee questions about payroll
- Administer payroll deductions and garnishments
- Update employee information in Workday
Qualifications:
- High volume payroll processing experience
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- 3+ years proficiency in Workday
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
