Title: Payroll Manager

Role: The Payroll Manager will lead the Corporate Payroll team at Crestwood, overseeing the entire payroll and time attendance process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for over 3,000 employees. This role involves managing multi-site and multi-state payroll policies and regulations, implementing new systems and processes, and providing oversight for both exempt and non-exempt payroll. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with payroll tax and regulatory reporting, collaborating with Internal Audit, developing and maintaining payroll policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating operational and regulatory risks, and delivering high-quality customer service to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Human resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant payroll experience, with 5 years managing people, and overseeing large, multi-site and multi-state payroll operations for a diverse population.
  • Expert knowledge of Federal, State, and local wage & hour regulations and payroll procedures.
  • Required experience working with ADP WorkforceNow
  • Required experience working with UKG WFM Time & Attendance

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 

Pay Range:

$120,000$140,000 USD
