As a Payroll & HR Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be part of a motivated team that works together on innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility early on, develop your professional skills and help shape the future of HR processes - both nationally and internationally.
Your tasks:

Collaboration in Payroll & HR Operations: Focus on process optimization and digitalization

HR projects: Active participation in national and international HR projects as well as the gradual assumption of responsibility in Payroll and HR-related projects

Cooperation with stakeholders: Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, especially in relation to HR systems

Analysis & reporting of HR key figures: Support data-based decisions - perfect for number crunchers with an interest in people analytics

Collaboration in the further development of internal HR communication: For example designing information campaigns or interactive content for the intranet

Supporting the further development of our HR IT landscape: Supporting the implementation and further development of Workday and SAP HCM
Your Profile:

1-2 years of experience in HR - Payroll knowledge is not a must, but a plus
-
Enthusiasm Interest in HR digitization and process management

Ideally first points of contact with Workday and/or SAP HCM Experience with Workday and/or SAP HCM an advantage

Fluent German and English

Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
