Job Description
We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, and dedicated Payroll Controller & Bookkeeper to join us and assist with day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.
This role will be focusing mainly on payroll (80%) and partly on bookkeeping (20%).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the entire payroll process, end to end.

Act as a point of reference for employee payroll queries, address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Responsible for social payments reports and payment.

Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities. (social security, VAT, etc)

Monthly and yearly-end closings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements..

Maintain accurate and updated compensation and benefits-related budget.

Fix Assets tax management.

Bank reconciliation on a quarterly basis.
Job Qualifications
Job Requirements

Payroll accounting and Bookkeeping certifications.

Proven experience of at least 3 years in Payroll/bookkeeping.

Good knowledge of working with Excel.

Fast learning capabilities, including proven experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

High Level of English.

Experience working in global companies - Advantage.

Experience working with “Hilan” – Advantage.
-
Experience working with SAP - Advantage.
There is an option for hybrid working model (home and office).
