Job Description

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, and dedicated Payroll Controller & Bookkeeper to join us and assist with day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.

This role will be focusing mainly on payroll (80%) and partly on bookkeeping (20%).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the entire payroll process, end to end. 
  • Act as a point of reference for employee payroll queries, address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

  • Responsible for social payments reports and payment.

  • Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities. (social security, VAT, etc)

  • Monthly and yearly-end closings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements..

  • Maintain accurate and updated compensation and benefits-related budget.

  • Fix Assets tax management.

  • Bank reconciliation on a quarterly basis.

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Payroll accounting and Bookkeeping certifications.

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in Payroll/bookkeeping.

  • Good knowledge of working with Excel.

  • Fast learning capabilities, including proven experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • High Level of English.

  • Experience working in global companies - Advantage.

  • Experience working with “Hilan” – Advantage.

  • Experience working with SAP - Advantage.

There is an option for hybrid working model (home and office).
