About the Role - As Payroll Consultant you're passionate about all things payroll. You thrive on figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it. Your keen eye for detail ensures the smooth delivery of all payroll and related activities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities -
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a payroll organisation, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated success in functionally managing an array of new and or complex processes/projects.
- Experience in determining and establishing operating systems and frameworks in relation to payroll.
- SAP/Workday/ADP knowledge advantageous.
- Experience in working with complex payroll and timekeeping information systems and working knowledge of enterprise systems.
- Experience with India payroll is advantageous.
- Technical knowledge and skills relevant to human resources and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and payroll principles.
- Knowledge of laws governing taxation/reporting of wages, salary recoveries, laws governing garnishee, employee benefits and other salary withholdings as well as lodgments.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Organized, adaptable, a self-starter, highly motivated by challenge, and a team player.
