C.H. Robinson is looking for a Payroll and HR Supervisor to coordinate payroll with external providers, ensuring accuracy across our global offices. This role involves monitoring payroll reports, collaborating on administrative tasks, and contributing to strategic process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee the preparation and processing of the company’s payroll

Review and ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, tax reports, and other related documents with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

Supervise and mentor small payroll Team, providing training and guidance as needed
-
Address and resolve payroll and administration related issues or discrepancies
-
Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll and administration issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
-
Oversee the maintenance of HR systems and ensure they are updated and functioning properly.

Prepare and regular update documentation

Provide data and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
-
Min 7 years of experience in HR (payroll processing)
-
Demonstrated solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes, or eagerness to develop in this area

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Excel and enjoyment in working with numbers

Diligence and strong organizational skills
-
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Preferred:

Min. 2 years of experience in managing a team

Experience in an accounting office is highly advantageous
