RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the preparation and processing of the company’s payroll

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, tax reports, and other related documents with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

  • Supervise and mentor small payroll Team, providing training and guidance as needed

  • Address and resolve payroll and administration related issues or discrepancies

  • Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll and administration issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

  • Oversee the maintenance of HR systems and ensure they are updated and functioning properly.

  • Prepare and regular update documentation

  • Provide data and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Min 7 years of experience in HR (payroll processing)

  • Demonstrated solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes, or eagerness to develop in this area

  • Proficiency in English

  • Proficiency in Excel and enjoyment in working with numbers

  • Diligence and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

​Preferred:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in managing a team

  • Experience in an accounting office is highly advantageous
