Job Purpose:
Responsible for payroll processing and HR controlling. Acts as a key bridge with payroll providers, ensures accurate bonus payouts and oversees HR reporting. Supports payroll improvements and participates in strategic HR projects.
Process owner of everything related to bonuses (setting up bonus plans for all employees, preparing documents for payouts by payroll providers, communication of bonus plans and changes, training of new employees, new tool implementation, etc.)
Responsibilities:

Participating in the PL payroll project outsourcing (approximately 270 employees).

Acting as a bridge between the company and the payroll provider for payroll processing (for PL, HU, RO, RS, CRO, SLO, HR).

Headcount controlling for Poland and the SEE region (South East Europe, with a total of approximately 100 employees in the SEE region).

Processing bonus payouts, including setting up bonus plans in cooperation with managers, configuring them in the system and preparing reports for payroll.

Acting as the point of contact for HR reporting and controlling for Poland and SEE.

Reviewing payroll processing and implementing potential payroll improvements.

Participating in projects related to HR controlling and payroll for Poland and SEE.

Currently as we are preparing for the legal merger of our companies in Poland, there will be active participation in the project and taking ownership of tasks related to payroll and HR controlling.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong experience in payroll processing and HR controlling.

Experience in administrative and analytical roles.

Familiarity with payroll systems and reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous experience working across multiple countries or regions, particularly in Poland and South East Europe.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Excellent presentation and communication skills in Polish and English.
