We are actively seeking a dynamic Payments Operations Manager to join OBRIO’s Product Team. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring the stability of the payment infrastructure, analyzing payment data, communicating with PSPs and banks and improving risk metrics.
You'll be a part of a team led by Serhii Matsur, who joined OBRIO 2 years ago from a corporate role in Big4 and advanced to the position of Senior Product Manager.
Your impact:
- Create and maintain MID databases, including technical and legal parameters, pricing, and reserve conditions.
- Verify bank accounts and data for compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure product and payment compliance by adhering to Solid, bank, and MPS requirements for websites, emails, and SMS.
- Develop new subscription products for product experiments.
- Act as the product owner for creating an admin area for payment information management.
- Monitor risk metrics and perform preventive risk management.
About you:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in payments.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work with data and analytical reports.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- B2+ level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
