The Role

As a Payments Implementation Specialist, you’ll work with the Payments Migration Team to assist with customer migrations and new sales migrations. You’ll streamline processes and collaborate with the Payments team as well as outside stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role is tech savvy, collaborative, and customer focused with the ability to own projects and schedules without manager oversight. 

What You Will Do

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones and final objectives
• Oversee data transformation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly
• Serve as a technical resource to support project objectives

What You Need to Succeed

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Effective communication skills
• Self-driven mentality and good time management

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $73,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
