The Role

As a Payment Processing Assistant (Fixed term contract of 6 months), you are expected to successfully execute the job functions while adhering to your key performance indicators. This, while being an active, engaged and committed employee that is eager to go the extra mile and always give the best.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

Review and validate banking details received from both internal and external parties.

Build beneficiary templates with the provided banking details from clients.

Understand the country – currency requirements and process outgoing payments from business clients.

Monitor intake channels to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.

You will be responsible for:

You should apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or student)
  • • A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity
  • • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • • Fluent in English written and verbal
