Join Hogan Lovells US LLP in San Francisco, CA to perform legal research and analysis of Intellectual Property (IP) issues. Advise clients concerning patent disputes and litigations, such as patent infringement proceedings and Inter Partes Reviews related to semiconductor technologies and electronics products. Represent clients in patent disputes and litigations related to semiconductor, and/or electronics products, including specifically electronic design automation (EDA) and multi-core computer processors.
Minimum requirements: a U.S. law degree (J.D.), California Bar Membership and a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in physics or electrical or electronics engineering, or a related engineering field focused on electronics, plus two (2) years of legal experience involving application of patent law to EDA and/or multi-core computer processors, including experience with patent litigation matters and/or Inter Partes Review matters related to semiconductor technologies, and/or electronics. Salary is $390,000/year. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
