Our Partnerships team are looking for a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant to join them in this client facing role, where you will have the incredible opportunity to liaise with a range of our Fashion brands over the phone and face to face on all elements of partnerships from campaign reporting, to managing bookings, artwork delivery, updating media plans and so much more.

About the Role 
You will work closely with 50+ of our Fashion Brand Partners across Women’s, Men’s, Children’s and Accessories, and build strong meaningful relationships with these clients, informing them on all aspects of partnerships from campaign reporting, to managing bookings, artwork delivery and helping secure new brand interest and investment in media sales campaigns.

As a Partnership Assistant, you’ll support in creating and updating media plans in line with brand conversations. You’ll also work with the editorial team on proofs of Harrods Magazine, liaising with the buyers and brands requesting prices from brands of looks featured in the issues.

You will also:
•    Support in creating and updating media plans in line with brand conversations.
•    Update and maintain brand status reports and team targets to track income, bookings and brand conversations.
•    Manage bookings - follow-up on contract bookings and manage contracts and media activity databases.
•    Copy chase for booked media to ensure artwork for campaigns received on time.
•    Manage the Harrods Magazine editorial and advertorial approvals, this will involve liaising with the buyers and the brands, requesting prices from brands of looks featured in the issues.
•    Work closely with internal creative, publishing, CRM and marketing teams to ensure all media and in-store/digital campaign activity is executed to the highest standard.
•    Support and work strategically with the Fashion Partnerships Team to create bespoke presentations for use in meetings and proposals.

About You
You will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between both the brands and our internal stakeholders to create plans based on the brand’s objectives, along with a passion for and interest in each category to think how best to promote products. 

You will also:
•    Ideally have gained some experience or a key interest in Fashion, Partnerships and Marketing.
•    Demonstrate excellent communication skills and good telephone manner as well as face to face to work with both our external brands and internal teams.
•    Have great attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multi-task and process all bookings correctly.
•    Understand Harrods selection and competitors.
