Here’s what you’ll be doing:


We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team as we expand into new sectors, and grow our existing partnership base. 


Reporting to Lewis (Commercial Lead), you will be given accountability and autonomy to manage your accounts to deliver your budget, whilst developing our business at an exciting time within the Partnerships team.

As one of our Partnerships Managers, you’ll:

  • be responsible for the management of your own Partnership accounts to drive performance to deliver against your budget, agreeing regular account plans, preparing meeting packs, pitches, proposals and other sales materials as necessary
  • create strong, long lasting relationships both internally and externally in support of our Partnerships Strategy 
  • use initiative to find solutions to problems and identify opportunities with support teams to deliver value to Simply Business
  • lead commercial and contractual negotiations with your partners to deliver the best financial results for Simply Business whilst maintaining strong and lasting relationships
  • manage allocated projects liaising with both internal and external partners as required to achieve a successful completion 

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • highly organised and able to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
  • experienced in managing, developing and growing customer acquisition within commercial partnerships settings
  • adept at influencing direction, decisions, and execution across the wider business
  • experienced in handling commercial and contractual negotiation - highly skilled, adept at achieving results in ambiguous circumstances
  • of strong analytical mindset to analyse and report on account performance data to spot trends and keep key stakeholders abreast of activity
