The Job:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnership Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Partnerships team and be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and initiatives to support our ecosystem of partners, (including channel, technology and strategic partners) and drive revenue growth through increased partner referrals and channel partner sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to increase partner engagement, referrals and revenue contribution from channel partners, technology partners and strategic partners.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of partner marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, joint content creation, email marketing, webpages, backlink sharing, social media campaigns, and other co-marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (partnerships, sales, product marketing, as well as other marketing sub-teams) and external partners to project manage partnership marketing initiatives, ensure alignment with overall business objectives and measure effectiveness of such efforts. 
  • Coordinate and manage partner-related events, including Company presence at partner SKOs, customer gatherings, partner conferences, and other partner-facing events.
  • Work with the Product Marketing and Partnerships teams to establish a partner enablement program, providing partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively market and sell our products/services.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to educate Convoso sales reps on the partner ecosystem
  • Support Product Marketing Team in the establishment of the Partner Advisory Board and coordinate the executions of Partner Advisory Board Meetings. 
  • Develop and maintain a partner marketing portal, ensuring partners have access to up-to-date marketing materials, sales tools, and other resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in partner marketing.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the SaaS industry, with experience with CCaaS providers a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $83,000 - $93,000.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
