About This Role
When you join SBI, The Growth Advisory, as a Partner you are joining a firm that is on the forefront of driving innovative go-to market transformations helping clients solve their revenue growth challenges.
Working with the client’s C-level or board-level sponsorship, you will source, convert, and develop the relationships with our client’s most senior executives. You will establish yourself as a revenue growth expert, providing insights that will result in transformational growth opportunities for our clients.
You will work on-site at the client’s locations and from your home office, reporting to a Sr. Partner. You will work with Directors who will run the delivery process, ensuring that the clients remain satisfied. Along with our Sr. Partners you will design go-to-market strategies that expand our client’s revenue growth opportunities. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with clients remain strong, profitable, and enduring.
You will work on-site at the client’s locations and from your home office, reporting to an SBI Partner. You will be paired with a Partner and you will lead and support business development efforts in collaboration with that Partner. You will ensure that our relationships with clients remain strong, profitable and enduring, and you will help to establish new relationships that will pay dividends in the future.
Qualifications
Some experience in a variety of the following categories:
− Experience with a top-tier management consulting firm
− Revenue leader and/or Strategy roles on industry leading initiatives that positively impact revenue growth
− Experience working within Private Equity firms or large enterprise clients
− Experience working in a nimble boutique consulting environment focused on revenue growth 2. Experience in the C-Suite or with VP level, such as a CRO, Sales or Marketing executives, communicating complex ideas effectively to executives and board members, leading clients to take positive action with SBI 3. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including the Board of Directors, utilizing executive level written, verbal, organizational and presentation skills
Solid functional knowledge, within SBI’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, marketing and sales, etc.
Developing and executing an effective territory plan resulting in consistent revenue generation and utilization
Candidates must have the ability to travel at least 50% - 75% of the time
