The ideal individual will be part of a proactive organization that perpetually gives the partner ecosystem the tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate ramp times, improve overall effectiveness and efficiency, demonstrate our differentiated value to our customers, and improve partner sales productivity and performance. The individual will be on point to introduce, initiate, drive, support, execute and grow the production and contribution of staffing agencies committed to ServiceNow skills.
This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management, as well as a proven track record in driving and executing programs. Excellent project management, solid facilitation skills and broad execution capabilities will be required. This creative, self-starting candidate should have top-notch interactive skills and the ability to work well with and gain the respect of ServiceNow and staffing agency personnel.
A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently.
What we are asking of you in this role:
- Proactively engage with appropriate talent staffing agencies to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful skills growth plans and programs
- Effectively manage the relationship, production and growth of ServiceNow partner talent staffing agencies.
- Integrate staffing agency entities into the ServiceNow partner program, driving partner growth.
- Maintain ongoing detailed analysis necessary to identify the number of staffing agencies to target in Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, and beyond.
- Propose geographic regions for expansion over the specified timeframes; with key expansion areas including US, UKI, ANZ, India, France, Germany, Brazil.
- Assess and recommend whether staffing agencies should be charged to participate in the partner program.
- Provide a cost-benefit analysis and suggest a pricing structure.
- Define the requirements for staffing agencies to join and remain in the partner program. Specify qualifications, certifications, or standards that must be met.
- Outline the behavioral expectations for staffing agencies within the partner program; include guidelines for ethical conduct, collaboration, and performance metrics.
- Propose and then help execute a strategy to connect staffing agencies with consulting partners through a digital marketplace.
- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to estimate the cost of building and maintaining this marketplace.
- Leverage assets from - and partner with - other ServiceNow organizations to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
- Produce metrics reporting - and provide insight and impact of initiatives.
- Establish fluent channels of feedback, participation & support from staffing agencies to ServiceNow.
- Continually work with multiple cross-functional teams to keep the program relevant and contributory.
- Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews to continually improve the program.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on progress.
