Job Overview:

Manages and/or participates in managing of marketing projects to support overall marketing strategies for designated financial institution partners. Contributes to creating a collaborative marketing plan, managing marketing timelines, budgets, reporting and facilitating day-to-day communication with peer marketing and business stakeholders. Serves as a steward and ambassador of Insuritas brand skilled in marketing omnichannel campaigns, project management and workflow processes.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with strong business acumen, technical competence, and communication skills. They are relentless about sales activation, highly entrepreneurial, a natural relationship builder and consummate team player.

Role of the Partner Success Manager:

  • Analyze partner and lead touch points, proactively recommend, and orchestrate improvements that drive program revenue growth
  • Partner with the strategic partners to drive leads post-launch
  • Chief communicator and conduit for information between internal partners and the strategic partners.
  • Work with the partner and internal partners to deploy effective tactics to keep lead flow throughout the life of the partnership.
  • Create a feedback loop within the strategic partnership team where all parties are aware of and able to leverage learnings
  • Document all partner interactions and next steps in CRM.
  • Hold the partner accountable to drive agreed-upon tactics.
  • Collaborates with Partner Account Executives and segments of financial institution partners in creating marketing project plans that will drive leads to the insurance agency.
  • Manages and/or participates in implementation of marketing projects by coordinating day to day tasks in alignment with the overall project plan, budget, timeframe, and branding guidelines. This may include but is not limited to establishing and tracking milestones, leading meetings, providing recommendations to partners (executive team and agency owners) and internal stakeholders, and escalating issues to ensure work is delivered on time
  • Collaborates with internal marketing team members to coordinate delivery of channel specific assets, resources and campaigns that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manages asset library and collateral, and performance tracking in making recommendations on the best performing on and offline campaign types for partners.
  • Provides updates on marketing projects to marketing management, senior team members, and business stakeholders to ensure necessary parties maintain awareness of campaign progress and issues, and operational performance.
  • Works with partners to provide relevant data and assets, coordinate outstanding tasks, and implement marketing projects. Provides feedback, as necessary, on marketing materials to maintain alignment.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with business and marketing stakeholders to execute successful marketing projects
  • Develops knowledge of marketing campaigns key performance indicators to understand goals, milestones, and results
  • With guidance, works with compliance and legal partners in developing understanding legal regulations that affect communication, media and marketing
  • Builds and maintains an awareness to current and future market trends by attending workshops, seminars, etc. Remains current on existing, new or changed products, programs and services
  • Provides input into Marketing’s internal team project management process and workflow

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Experience with bank and credit union operations
  • Experience with consumer marketing campaigns, planning, project management, organization and workflow. Ability to prioritize and flex between tasks
  • Working knowledge in digital, graphic design and/ or web environments, along with social media and awareness of search engine optimization helpful
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Previous experience working with vendor partners helpful
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing plans, marketing and business key performance indicators
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
