The Partner Student Recruitment Manager role is focused on overseeing the recruitment of students for the University of Huddersfield London (Hudds London) and Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL DA), particularly within the context of diversity markets. This position involves a global recruitment strategy and execution in collaboration with the Head of Partner Student Recruitment for both products.
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Managing recruitment efforts through various agent and feeder channels, with a focus on key diversity markets.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Partner Student Recruitment to execute the recruitment strategy for both products.
  • Responsible for meeting diversity enrolment targets and profit goals for each product.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement.
  • Representing the universities at events and exhibitions in diverse markets to build brand awareness.
  • Providing thought leadership and assessing opportunities for the universities’ recruitment products for key diversity markets.
  • Delivering product education and training across sales teams, agents, academic partners, and digital networks.
  • Address and resolve stakeholder’s objections and/or concerns during the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborating with local teams and marketing to provide localized materials and ensure proper distribution.
  • Organizing university visits to key diversity markets with the regional teams.
  • Building strong relationships between university recruitment teams and regional account managers/recruitment managers.
  • Driving internal processes to meet recruitment targets.
  • Ensuring alignment with the company's values and strategy.
  • Adhering to policies, including health and safety, anti-discrimination, and anti-bribery regulations.
  • Specific for Huddersfield London: Take charge of organizing and supporting the launch events for the new product University of Huddersfield London in key diversity markets, promoting awareness and excitement about the university's offerings.

ABOUT YOU

  • Preferably, experience of studying or working overseas.
  • Tertiary education, ideally from a university.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • 3–5 years in product sales and marketing, ideally with experience in agency and direct distribution models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
  • Experience in executing conversion and sales strategies effectively.
  • Ability to understand customer business drivers and influence their purchasing decisions.
  • Knowledge of the international student market and its challenges.
  • Preferred experience in key international markets, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Nigeria, and China.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer/market needs and sales strategies.
  • This position is essential for driving diversity-focused student recruitment and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet profit goals
