What you can expect

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Zoom, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to our North American partner ecosystem. Your focus will be to empower partner presales teams to position Zoom’s platform by driving solution adoption, accelerating joint opportunities, and delivering customer value. You'll also build good relationships with partner technical leaders. Deliver enablement, demos, and onboarding across Zoom’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and collaboration suite. Act as a technical liaison between Zoom and partner teams to align solutions, resolve challenges, and speed up deals.

About the Team

The Americas Partner Solutions Engineering team is instrumental in expanding Zoom’s market reach through our channel partners. We combine deep technical expertise with a focus on enablement and collaboration to drive joint success. You will be aligning closely with Channel Account Managers, partner Solution Engineers, and internal product and sales teams to ensure our partners are equipped to win in the field. Joining this team means you'll play a direct role in scaling Zoom's innovation through our partner ecosystem.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience in a technical presales or solutions engineering role, with a focus on UCaaS, CCaaS, or collaboration technologies.
  • Have experience supporting or enabling channel partners in a technical capacity.
  • Have demonstrated ability to design and communicate customer-aligned solutions across various stakeholder levels
  • Have good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Be comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, from SE teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Have working knowledge of telephony, networking, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Be proactive, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$131 200,00

Maximum:

$262 400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
