WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join our growing Partner Sales organization. This high-impact role will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Enterprise West region by developing and executing co-sell strategies with key partners including resellers, global and regional systems integrators (SIs), and hyperscalers.
Embedded with the regional Enterprise Sales team, this individual will serve as the strategic bridge between our partners and Box's direct sales motions. You will influence deal strategy, align partner capabilities to customer needs, and accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity through partner-led and partner-influenced initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner Strategy & Execution
-
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned to Enterprise West sales goals.

Identify, recruit, and enable key regional partners (resellers, SIs, hyperscalers) to co-sell with Box.

Create joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and closed revenue.

Sales Alignment

Work closely with Box’s regional Enterprise Account Executives and RVPs to align partner motions to priority accounts and opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team on partner capabilities, programs, and deal structuring.

Deliver regular pipeline reviews and partner performance updates to sales leadership.

Co-Sell & Pipeline Acceleration

Drive joint account planning, opportunity mapping, and multi-touch engagement strategies with partners.

Influence and support deal cycles by incorporating partners to enhance Box’s value proposition.

Collaborate with partner solutions engineers, marketing, and enablement teams to support execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Product to support partner execution and scalability.

Ensure compliance with Box’s partner policies and programs, and advocate for continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence & Evangelism

Stay informed on industry trends, partner landscape, and competitor moves in the West region.

Represent Box at partner events, industry conferences, and joint customer engagements.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Skills
-
7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise sales within the SaaS or cloud ecosystem.

Proven track record of building and executing successful partner sales strategies.

Deep understanding of reseller, systems integrator, and hyperscaler ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Experience working with and through enterprise sales teams in a matrixed organization.

Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (internal and external).

Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Self-starter with high energy, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Based in the San Francisco, CA area with the ability to travel as needed (~25%)
Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud marketplaces (e.g., Google Cloud Marketplace) and partner programs.

Familiarity with content management, security, collaboration, or digital transformation solutions.
