Partner Relations Manager, Industry

The opportunity
As a Partner Relations Manager, you will play a role in driving success for our industry customers. Throughout your engagements, you will gain insights into the solutions they are developing to impact their respective industries. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-quality customer service, ensuring that your customers have everything they need to succeed.

Additionally, your feedback and ideas will help us refine our processes and products, contributing to Unity's expansion across various industries.

Being a PRM will offer you the opportunity to connect with numerous companies, learn from cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with Unity experts to enable customer success.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with the customers during their subscription
• Understand and align with customers' goals, projects, and priorities, ensuring the use of Unity's services.
• Raise internal visibility of customer projects
• Identify and collaborate with Unity teams to remove technical and nontechnical blockers
• Provide insights to improve Unity's understanding of our customers

What we're looking for

• Has experience working in customer support or customer service roles
• Has experience working with industrial companies

You might also have

• Has an understanding of Unity as a software
• Experience with Government, Military or Aerospace
