About the Role
The Partner Program Administrator is a fundamental and important role, critical to enabling the growth and success of Rapid7's Partner ecosystem. This role will be the center point of Partner Program administration, working hand in hand with the global teams to administer and support the evolution of our partner programs and support our GTM partner strategy.
We require a strong cross-functional collaborator who can successfully work in a performance-based, dynamic organization to drive consensus, contribute innovative ideas and successfully administer and manage global operational tasks.
In this role, you will:

  • Manage quarterly and annual partner compliance reviews and all associated internal and external communications and system updates.
  • Manage the Partner Onboarding process, working closely with legal, credit and collections and channel management to ensure timely onboarding for new partners.
  • Manage global requests for Partner Authorization forms and program participation confirmation requests.
  • Administration, tracking and provisioning of NFR (Not-forResell) requests for our global partners.
  • Work closely with the business analytics teams to produce regular and ad hoc reporting to establish defined program success metrics established that provide critical insights into the effectiveness of our channel programs and incentives.
  • Focus on supporting and creating processes and programs that improve how we operationalize our MSSP practice globally.
  • Support the administration of all Partner Program benefits, incentives and tier requirements.
  • Continually drive for consistency with how program guidelines are applied, how partner tiers are maintained and develop a standardized partner program compliance review process.
  • Partner with the global partner operations teams to ensure that our operational practices are aligned and supporting program goals and objectives in a scalable and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing leaders to drive increased adoption of the Rapid7 partner portal as a key platform for communication, program incentive management, and partner interaction.


The skills you'll bring include:

  • 2+ years of relevant Partner Program Operations experience delivering impact and results
  • Strong understanding of software partner ecosystems, ideally security partners, but not required
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking balanced with ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are on track at all times.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal customers and building influential relationships with partners in the business.
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels
  • Self-starter without requiring prescribed direction or actions; You're able to diagnose business and process challenges, and drive initiatives to address those challenges.
  • Possess the confidence to implement change and improve on the status quo.
  • Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
