We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Contractor) to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Growth and Product Marketing teams to drive and execute against the full marketing lifecycle. This role will have a strong focus on driving new growth while also supporting cross-sell opportunities and member engagement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels
- Partner with the content team to plan, craft, and schedule materials for growth initiatives, member engagement, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate across departments to design customer journeys that drive new member acquisition, cross-selling opportunities, and deeper member engagement
- Oversee website and landing page updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a well-organized marketing calendar and detailed project management documentation
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing the complete B2B customer lifecycle, including demand generation, lead nurturing, sales enablement, platform engagement, and cross-sell/upsell strategies
- Proficient in leveraging digital tools such as Google Analytics, Storyblok, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive results
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying ideas clearly and effectively
- A foundational understanding of SEO and marketing operations is an added advantage
