About the Team

The Zoom Partner Team is in search of a Partner Marketing Manager: Scale Demand Generation Programs to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative initiatives, including account mapping, loyalty programs, incentives, and gamification.

What we're looking for

  • Design and implement tailored partner initiatives and incentives that motivate partner sellers to generate pipeline and close business.

  • Drive account mapping at scale, leveraging the right tools and incentives to foster the desired behaviors among partner sellers.

  • Manage and scale the Partner Demand Center platform, ensuring it meets the needs of partners for self-service, facilitates massive adoption, and integrates with initiatives that bring increased adoption and reduced friction. This includes integrating the platform with key Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs) and Distributors for streamlined access. 

  • Develop the sponsorship prospectus and orchestrate partner engagement for opportunities to sponsor Zoom events, such as Zoomtopia, the Work Transformation Summit, Tech Summits, and Sales Kickoffs.

  • Continuously enhance the content and functionality of the Partner Demand Center, meeting partners where they are to drive engagement and productivity.

  • Monitor and measure the performance of partner marketing initiatives, utilizing data to inform strategy adjustments and improve outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives and product developments.

  • Provide strategic input into the development of partner marketing tools and resources, ensuring they are effective and aligned with partner needs.

  • Collaborate with partner communications to craft consistent outreach efforts aimed at boosting the uptake of initiatives and collecting valuable feedback and insights.

  • Measure and report on the performance of investments, using ROI and other key metrics to assess impact and inform future strategy such as % of adoption, pipeline creation, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing initiatives, including incentives, gamification, and loyalty programs.

  • Experience with account mapping and performance measurement in a partner ecosystem.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

  • Solid understanding of the technology and SaaS industry, with the ability to align marketing strategies with industry trends and partner needs.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
