Responsibilities:

1. Lead the process of collecting, verifying, and updating partner information and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Develop and implement standardized procedures for the management of partner documentation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support partner onboarding and compliance initiatives.
4. Conduct regular audits of partner data and documentation to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain a centralized repository for partner information and ensure easy access for relevant stakeholders.
6. Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards that may affect partner documentation requirements.
7. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on documentation processes and best practices.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on partner information status and compliance to management.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data management, document control, or compliance, preferably in a partnership or vendor management context.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about processes.
8. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to partner management.
