Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee partner registrations and manage the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Continuously track and analyze individual partner performance metrics.
  • Monitor partner training levels and optimize training administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on administrative topics related to the Partner Program.
  • Act as a liaison between distributors and finance to ensure timely and accurate execution of rebate programs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma in business, marketing, or finance.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong numerical and financial acumen.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a precise approach to work.
  • Proven ability to execute tasks, plans, and strategies effectively.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with measurable business results.
  • Passion for personal development and continuous learning.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM platforms
