Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
You will be a part of an international team and responsible for different suppliers across Europe for 14 different Bosch Home Comfort plants.
- As Supplier Responsible, you will manage and develop the supplier base under your responsibility to achieve high results in terms of:
- Material Costs: Lead the yearly Price negotiations and inititate and lead Commercial projects like supplier changes;
- Delivery: Support the Logistics Team if the supplier struggles to fulfill the demands;
- Quality: Continuous improvement of supplier quality performance in cooperation with Purchasing Quality Team
- Evaluate and ensure appropriate supplier capacities;
- Ensure tooling life management and engineering changes management;
- Manage tool purchase activities for suppliers by ensuring transparency for the cost.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering;
Experience: Ideally 2 years Experience as a Buyer or a Purchasing engineer;
Knowledge:
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Supply chain management skills
Personality and way of working: Strong teamplayer with an analyical mindset and strong capabilities in problem solving;
Languages: Excellent level of English, written and spoken
