As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Development Manager to drive our expansion through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the Partner Program, focusing on implementing the partner strategy, monitoring performance, and fostering relationships that align with our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
- Develop and execute the Partner Program framework, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and support structures.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key partners in targeted countries to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients
- Handle the day-to-day management of partners, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building.
· Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel management.
- Previous exposure to international markets and global partnerships
- Proven track record of managing partner programs or strategic alliances.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- Knowledge of imaging software solutions like PACS/RIS is highly desirable
