Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Deal Registration Analyst to oversee the process of partner deal registrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for reviewing submitted deals, identifying potential conflicts, and collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to resolve any issues, contributing to a smooth sales cycle and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Deal Registration Review:
Thoroughly review and validate all incoming partner deal registrations (AWS, Dell, Microsoft, HPE and many more), checking for accuracy in customer information, product details, pricing, and compliance with channel partner agreements.
- Partner Communication:
Collaborate with channel partners to clarify deal details, address concerns, and provide guidance on the deal registration process.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular reports on deal registration trends, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to sales leadership.
- Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all deal registrations adhere to company policies and channel partner agreements, including adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales operations, channel management, or a similar role with a focus on deal registration processes.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and strong Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills:
Excellent ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw insightful conclusions.
- Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with sales teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools
- Knowledge of sales process and channel partner dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills to address complex deal registration issues
