As a Partner Certifications Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a robust and impactful partner certifications program that enables our partners worldwide to build meaningful businesses around monday.com. You’ll create engaging, clear, and effective content that helps certify partner personnel according to their professional role and equips partners with the knowledge and skills required to thrive with our platform and products. Your work will directly contribute to enabling partner success and establishing a scalable, world-class partner certifications program.


About The Role:

Content Development:

  • Create high-quality, instructional content for partner certifications, including training materials, guides, assessments, and exams.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, style, and branding standards.
  • Design content tailored to partner needs, ensuring they can effectively demonstrate their expertise and deliver customer value.
  • Work with subject matter experts to break down complex technical concepts into accessible, easy-to-understand materials.

Instructional Design:

  • Develop engaging learning experiences using modern instructional design principles.
  • Leverage tools like videos, infographics, and interactive elements to enhance learning retention.

Certifications Optimization and Upkeep:

  • Continuously update and refine certification materials based on feedback from monday employees and partners, changes in product features, and emerging best practices for the different partner roles such as CSM, PS, and marketing. 
  • Monitor content engagement, certification pass rates, and partner satisfaction to optimize learning effectiveness.

Localization Management:

  • Oversee the localization process to adapt certification content to global markets.
  • Work with regional teams and localization vendors to ensure culturally appropriate and technically accurate translations.
  • Maintain glossaries, style guides, and terminology databases to ensure consistency across languages.

Requirements

  • Languages: native English with excellent writing and oral skills - must! Additional languages – advantage 
  • Writing Expertise: Proven experience in writing educational or instructional content, preferably for certifications or partner enablement.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly materials.
  • Instructional Design Knowledge: instructional design, and e-learning best practices.
  • Content Tools: Experience with tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning content creation platforms is an advantage. Experience with Lessonly is a big plus.
  • Analytical Approach: A data-driven mindset to measure the success of learning materials and iterate for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and present complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with Certification Programs: Previous experience designing or supporting certification programs is a strong plus.
